TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by @support ("I", "me", or "my") to you, the client ("you" or "Client"). By engaging my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. SERVICES
Upon engaging @support, you will select a package that outlines the scope of services. I will provide operational and business consulting support as specified in the selected package. Any services or tasks outside the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges, subject to prior approval.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide all required information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to enable me to deliver services efficiently. Delays in providing necessary content or access may affect agreed deadlines and project outcomes.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Fees and billing frequency are specified in your selected package.
Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where services were not delivered as agreed.
Invoices must be paid by the due date. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Either party may terminate the agreement for cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, unethical conduct, or misconduct. Termination must be provided in writing.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to treat all shared information as confidential, including business strategies, internal processes, and proprietary data. Neither party may disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, unless required by law.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original content, documents, strategies, templates, and materials provided by me remain my intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for internal business purposes.
6. CASE STUDY CONSENT
I may feature your project as a case study on my website or social media. Any identifying details (such as names, logos, or proprietary data) will be anonymised upon request. You may opt out of this by notifying me in writing.
7. AVAILABILITY & COMMUNICATION
I operate Monday through Friday during regular business hours. While I strive to respond promptly, response times may vary depending on the nature and urgency of the task. Communication will generally be handled via email or Telegram.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of my services. You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from services performed based on your instructions.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS
I reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. You will be notified of changes via email or other means of communication. Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
