In 8 x Weekly Calls we will redesign key areas of your operations (team and hiring plans, client experience, offer delivery) to be self sufficient for you and premium for your clients.
Telegram access: For real-time feedback on areas we discuss, second opinions, and to keep the momentum going in between calls.
A centralised drive with access to On-Demand Resources, (videos, guides, and PDFs) to make your systems repeatable. You can also you use this space to upload any files you want me to review in between our sessions.
Optional: For some founders 8 weeks is plenty of time, for others the depth of your services or size of your team may feel like you are just getting started. So there will be the option to extend our time together after the 8 weeks.

You will receive a booking link to schedule your calls upfront. Calls are held on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
Q: Is this a done-for-you or obm service?
This is a strategic consulting experience, not a done-for-you implementation service. My role is to guide you in creating the systems, processes, and tools that allow your business to scale sustainably. You’ll leave with a custom Self-Sufficiency System and the strategies to maintain it yourself, so you’re empowered to run your business efficiently without relying on me to execute every task.
Q: Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, payment plans are available. You’ll be able to select an option that works best for you when booking.
Q: What happens if I want to keep working together after this programme?
You can extend this partnership: You will get a notification near the time of your renewal, giving you the option to extend for another 8 weeks +.
